A Minimalist
Luke did not just barter to complete his project, he was also quite creative and used recycled materials. The young boy was thrifty in repurposing items and making his tight budget work. A friend of Luke’s uncle gifted him with a front door, and he also made good use of some leftover siding from his grandmother’s house. Luke dubbed himself a minimalist and sought after his dream of owning a house without a massive mortgage to pay.

The uncle’s friend was a lot more generous towards Luke and did not just gift him with a front door, but he also gave Luke some old windows to use. Luke was blessed to have so many compassionate well-wishers in his life that were doing their best to help him without spoiling the effort for him. Of course, no one wanted to share too much! Hopefully, the neighbor’s aren’t trying to peek inside the compact home!
