The tiny home gives Luke the private space that he needs from time to time. He has explained that he has a busy family and a twin brother. Luke now has the chance to have his very own personal space. We all remember how much we struggled to find personal space growing up, especially those of us that lived in large families. Sharing a room with someone is not ideal, no matter how agreeable you all happen to be.

In one of Luke’s videos, he gives a tour of his completed tiny home and explains that the real costs of the building were roughly $1,200. Luke states that he decided to round up the figure, in case he forgot about any additional costs. This was a great idea, as he could never tell when some hidden price would pop out at him. One needs to prepare for unforeseen consequences when they embark on an ambitious journey such as this one.
